Matilde César is a photographer from Madeira Island, Portugal, currently living in between Lisbon and her native island.
Matilde´s work is strongly influenced by the natural world. Through still and moving image, both in digital and analog formats, she explores the nuances of co-existing with nature.
Studied Photography & Imaging at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Manhattan on 2020/2021, and is now finishing her Photography degree in Lisbon at Universidade Lusófona.
